Honey Singh, the popular rapper and singer, recently shared some interesting details about his experience at Sonakshi Sinha’s wedding. He attended the grand celebration and even performed, but things didn’t go exactly as planned. In a fun conversation on The Bombay Journey with Siddharth, Honey Singh revealed how things went a little off track during the event.
Unexpected Fun at the Wedding
Honey Singh said, “I hadn’t had alcohol for about one and a half years, but at Sonakshi’s wedding, I had a few drinks. Then I found myself at the DJ console, and somehow I got hold of a mic too!” He went on to explain how the party turned into a wild night, with him going a bit overboard.
He added, “I went crazy there. I did all sorts of things, made everyone dance, and created a lot of noise. The next day, I was wondering, did I go too far?”
Planned to Dance Without Alcohol
Earlier, Honey Singh had mentioned to the paparazzi at the airport that he would attend Sonakshi’s wedding and dance without drinking. But, as he shared, things didn’t go as per the plan, and he ended up enjoying himself a little too much.
Honey Singh and Sonakshi Sinha’s Friendship
Honey Singh and Sonakshi Sinha have been good friends for a long time. The two starred together in Honey Singh’s popular song Desi Kalakaar in 2014. The hit track was well-received, and in 2023, they released a sequel called Kalastar, which was also loved by fans.
Sonakshi’s wedding, which took place on June 23rd, was a grand affair, and it seems Honey Singh’s impromptu DJ performance added to the excitement!
