On Tuesday, Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to announce his contribution. He shared that he is donating Rs 50 lakh each to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The 49-year-old actor urged everyone to support the government’s efforts to provide immediate relief to the flood-affected areas and help in the rehabilitation process.
Earlier, Junior NTR had also announced a donation of Rs 1 crore for the flood victims in both states. Additionally, the team of the film ‘Kalki’ has contributed to the cause. The ongoing floods have caused widespread devastation, affecting lakhs of people and submerging many villages. Rescue operations are currently underway to assist those in need.
