Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has recently taken to social media to address a circulating rumor regarding his supposed US tour. For quite some time, there has been chatter that the actor would be performing live in the United States, particularly at the Arlington Theater on October 5, 2024. However, the actor has now clarified that these reports are false and fraudulent.
In an official notice shared through his social media accounts, the Dabangg star informed his fans that he has no upcoming performances or travel plans for the US in 2024. The actor emphasized that any claims, advertisements, or posts promoting his participation in such an event are completely baseless.
Warning Fans About Ticket Scams
Salman Khan also took this opportunity to warn his fans not to fall for any fraudulent emails, calls, or messages related to this alleged US tour. The actor’s post made it clear that there have been scam attempts using his name to mislead people into purchasing fake tickets for events that do not exist. To protect his fanbase, he issued a stern notice, urging everyone to avoid any involvement in these schemes.
“Do not trust any such emails or social media posts. I am not traveling to the US for any event in 2024,” Salman Khan’s team clarified.
Legal Action On The Horizon
In addition to debunking the rumors, Salman Khan warned that legal action will be taken against individuals or groups misusing his name for scams. His team has stated that they are monitoring the situation closely and will pursue legal steps if necessary to prevent further exploitation.
“If anyone is found misusing my name, immediate legal action will follow,” the actor’s notice read.
Manager Confirms the Fraud Alert
Salman Khan’s manager, Jordy Patel, also took to Instagram to share a cautionary post about the ongoing scam. Patel reposted the viral event advertisement and labeled it a ‘Scam Alert’. He further advised people not to purchase any tickets or make any transactions related to the falsely advertised event. “Salman Khan is NOT going to the US in 2024,” Patel’s post stressed.
Upcoming Projects: Salman Busy With ‘Sikander’
Currently, Salman Khan is busy with multiple film projects, including his highly anticipated action-packed movie ‘Sikander’. Sources have revealed that the film’s initial shooting took place in Mumbai, where the actor has been seen performing some high-octane action sequences. Directed by AR Murugadoss, this film will see Salman sharing screen space with actress Rashmika Mandanna for the first time. The movie will also feature Satyajeet as the main antagonist, best known for his role as Kattappa in the Bahubali series.
With ‘Sikander’ set for an Eid 2025 release, Salman is focused on wrapping up the film, along with a few other projects.
