She shared her determination to fulfill the promise she made to Rishi Kapoor before he passed away.
Somi also asked the public for help, saying, “If anyone knows anything about Raj Kiran, please message me. I just want to know if he is okay and whether he needs help.”

Reports suggest that Raj Kiran’s career hit a rough patch, leading him into depression. He faced domestic issues that further worsened his mental health. It was rumored that he had been admitted to a mental hospital in Mumbai during this difficult period. In 2011, Rishi Kapoor contacted Raj Kiran’s brother, Govind Mahtani, who claimed that the actor was being treated in a mental health facility in Atlanta, USA. However, Raj Kiran’s daughter later denied these reports, stating that their family was still searching for him with the help of the New York police.
